What to Expect
Therapy is an investment in understanding yourself more deeply. With deeper insight, you can make choices that lead to a more fulfilling life. During the first few sessions, I learn about your life and your goals for therapy. We then look at what you want to create in your life and what might be blocking you from achieving that goal. Whether it is moving through a grieving process, creating more intimacy in your relationships, or figuring out a career path that feels aligned with your purpose, we look at how you want to craft your life and how you can get there.
