Individual
Individual therapy is a place to learn what you want in your life and how to achieve it. You learn what patterns have shown up in your life, usually as a way to protect you originally but that now might be preventing you from creating the life you desire. Through the therapeutic process, you will learn to move through feelings and learn what feels aligned and misaligned in your life. You will learn how to amplify what works for you and how to transform what no longer serves you. Ultimately, you can feel more joyful and free as you navigate life’s challenges and create a more meaningful and resonant life.
Couples
Couples therapy is for couples who are struggling to figure out how to connect in healthy ways. Life is full of challenges that couples must navigate while figuring out how to maintain a connection and a shared vision. In couples therapy, you and your partner craft goals for the relationship together. We look at what has been fruitful and life-giving for the relationship and what has depleted the relationship. Through exercises, role play, and emotional exploration, we look at how you and your partner can find your way back to vibrant connection.
Groups
Group therapy is a place for you to be a part of a small group of 5 to 8 peers with a therapist holding the space for emotional expression, naming wants and needs, and learning how members of the group show up for one another. The fundamental goal of group therapy is to initiate a sense of belonging through understanding, which is achieved by sharing common experiences, as well as learning from people who may have had very different experiences. Groups create a sense of connection, inspire hope and well-being, and provide space to teach and learn from one another.
